Hurrah, W3 done, and it was ok - taught me a lesson about pace and that I need to run slowly and smoothly! W4 feels like it may have other lessons up its sleeve!

Great stuff! Have you started Week 4 yet? How's it going?

Hi, yes, 2 runs into wk4 now and I think I actually prefer the longer periods of running rather than the intervals. I find it easier to stick to my pace. I still can't believe we're actually doing this!

I'm glad you're enjoying the longer runs, that's fab! xx

Well done for keeping it going. After 5 minutes or so (I find) I’m in my rhythm and after that it doesn’t seem as gruelling. A lot of it is in the mind I find. If I say I’m only doing one lap I only do one lap. If I’m open minded I can go further. Keep up the good work. Stay safe. 😀
