Week 5 run 3 donešŸ˜

Posted on here last week I thought it a bit stupid to jump to a 20 minute run on week five.

However I take back what I said and yesterday I completed my 20 minute run. Feeling good this morning with no aches and pains and now starting to believe that I will be able to run 5K by the end of the plan.

Itā€™s no fun the country being in lockdown, but itā€™s now looking like Iā€™ll be fitter, stronger and mentally healthier, due to all the changes Iā€™ve made during this tough time for the country.

Starting week 6 tomorrow morning and for the first time Iā€™m really looking forward to getting out there and having a run as opposed to dreading it.

Well done...just trust the programme and know that each run, each week, makes you stronger. Slow and steady as you move on:)

Brilliant! Thanks for updating and reassuring all of us coming up to the W5R3.

Well done. It's a lovely feeling to complete that run. Don't worry about covering 5k by the end of the programme. You might, you might not. It will come in time, so just concentrate on steady running through the programme. Good luck.

Well done, it is a milestone and this plan really does work.

Stay nice and slow for W6R1........it catches many out.

I missed your previous post and just went back to read it. Just one thing to say about your conversion; Hilarious! :) :) :)

Well done!

It's weird, isn't it, how implausible W5R3 looks compared to all the rest, and then it turns out to be fine so often.

Well done! You see? Much more of a mental test than a physical one.

Carry on!
