Yes!

You will do it.

It is awesome.

You are prepared.

Run 3 is to be looked forward to and not feared!

Seriously, I loved this run. The plan really has prepared you and as long as you are well hydrated and keep a steady pace then you will do it and you'll feel epic after. Nice and steady and you'll really feel like you're getting there after.

It really is. Honestly, you not only can do it but you will do it and I'll be looking for your Run 3 post! Just keep steady and calm. Right behind you.

Yes. Carry on with what you're doing. Don't change anything and approach the week like you did the other weeks.

Week 5 is to be embraced and enjoyed.

Don't be afraid! The program is more a mental test than a physical one. You've done the hardest part by starting. And Week 4 is the biggest increase in running time in the whole program. Don't believe me?

Enjoy!

This breakdown of W5 puts it all into perspectives healthunlocked.com/couchto5... if Jon's graphs don't work for you.

Relax and enjoy it.

Go slow! I enjoyed runs 1&2 but hated run 3 and I’ve realised it was because I went just a little bit too fast. Also make sure your well hydrated it really matters

Good luck you’ll be fine

Great advice above.

Nothing to be feared, make sure you have plenty of water in the days leading up to the run ( as you should have every day ).

Then go slow and steady and you will be fine.

As GTFC has said, we’ll be looking out for your report.

Happy running 👍

Just completed run 2 of this week but the best bit of advice I find is just make sure in the first couple of minutes concentrate on getting your running motion and breathing right and then stick to a comfortable slow pace then the run will just flow , good luck

I've just come back from week 5 run 3! Was slightly dreading it, but amazingly I did it!!! Just shows that the program really does prepare you for it. Have faith! I decided this time to listen to a story podcast instead of music and I got so wrapped up in it I wasn't looking at the time like I do when I listen to music. I'm definitely going to try this technique again. Don't worry about this week. Just take it as it comes and realise you can definitely do it.

Not what you're looking for?
