Week 5 is that the start of the longer runs Bridget? Just watch your pacing don't race off, just go nice and steady and enjoy 👍👍
Enjoy it! The plan has got you ready for it so enjoy the achievement of Run 3. Slow and steady and you'll feel great after. Be confident!
Top tip is to trust the plan and stick to it; your previous runs have prepared you perfectly to complete Week 5. Warm up with some stretches, complete the brisk walk and keep to a conversational pace. You can do it!
