FIRST EVER 5K!!!!!!!.....at 48!!!!!!!

So after getting back into C25k earlier this year (restarted from W5R1), this morning i got bold after running 30 mins last Wednesday... I have always had the goal to do a park run when i was able to run it on the road but i have never run 5k ever and the most i have ever run was 4k..so today i just thought just run and see how i get on.. I stuck on a rich roll podcast with robbie balenger who ran across America and it seemed to have the desired effect and i just kept running not the fastest but i broke 40 minutes (38m 37s).. I feel great and a massive sense of achievement that i have done this at 48!!! In these weird times i just need to keep moving forward and stay sane!!! Have a great day and stay safe....

Lol just posted and realised i put 84 not 48!!!!!...although tomorrow i will probably feel 84!!!😂😂😂😱😱😱
