What a great run again it seems to be all coming together i ran further than ever today 4.11 km in 36 mins .i know I should have stopped at 28 mins but I was feeling ok so pushed on .this plan really works if your thinking you can’t do it believe me you can

Well done.

You very nearly breached the 10% rule used by most experienced runners to limit their weekly increase in their training load.

We are all capable of doing way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without increasing our injury risk. Sticking to gently progressive training plans is the safest way to push our limits, whilst gently increasing our resistance to injury.

Thanks for the advise ,I did push on probably to much but I was just quite enjoying it

Pushing it a bit eh ? You will be able to manage next week no bother then ! Here comes another GRADUATE!
