Does everyone else get wet feet when they run in the rain, or do I need to change my footwear? Soggy toes are not so good. Any tips?

If you run for an hour or two in torrential downpour then, yes, the feet will get wet. Regular rain for 30 minutes shouldn't leak into your shoes. Check them out.

You are a road runner mrrun ...........grass gets your feet soaked in seconds and is one of the joys of running........oh how I love my wet toes!

An ageing road runner, dear sir. Yes, I stand corrected. I declined to remember that many people run off roads. Many sensible people. I'm consumed by my ultra marathon road training and my brain at times goes stagnant. (*at times - read often)

You can get waterproof running shoes..........but they don't drain water back out after you step in a puddle.

Waterproof running shoes and waterproof socks might help.

Learn to love it!
