Just returned and completed the task , but did not enjoy it and my breathing was laboured !
I was hoping in W4 to start to feel running was a marginal pleasure and my breathing was not an issue or completely self encompassing!
I found R3 difficult overall !
However on a positive note I do feel good after the run and a sense of achievement!
I’m hoping others experience is similar and if so any constructive tips / advice !
I will keep going !
