I have tried to do C25K at least 3 times, maybe more and never managed to graduate, mostly due to injury. This time I got more involved with the forum (well I read a lot - this is my first post) and what struck me was how often people say to slow down. So I listened, for once, and it works!!!! Not only am I injury free so far but I am enjoying it much more. Thank you everyone for your advice and I'm looking forward to Week 5 and officially becoming a 'runner'
Finally Week 4 done - what I learnt: I have... - Couch to 5K
Finally Week 4 done - what I learnt
Brilliant. That attitude will pull you through this time I’m sure. Go for it. Slowly!! Me too.
Well done for getting this far. You sound like you are enjoying this so I'm sure you don't need me to wish you luck - you are going for that graduation badge!! Keep posting so that we can cheer you on. Welcome to Team Snail!
I am just behind you (W4R2done). Well done for completing W4 and thanks for sharing your experience!!!
Onto week 5 for you! Will keep my fingers crossed for you to all continue without any injuries!!!
