Went out early before it got too warm - already 19c at 7.30 - and completed run 3 of week 6. 25 minutes seems daunting but having graduated back in October I knew I could do it.
I have been repeating the whole thing as I had to rest a hip injury for several months before I was able to run again, taking it more gently this time around.
So far so good. Happy running

Well done , it’s lovely running early morning but agree it is warm even early at the moment. Not sure how the people I see running at lunchtime manage it. They are made of stronger stuff than me. What’s that saying about mad dogs and Englishmen?Anyway good luck on completing c25k the second time.
I went through something similar re: surgery and could not run for 10 months. I recently completed again too. It was definitely harder going. Happy running 😁
