Good morning,
Went out early before it got too warm - already 19c at 7.30 - and completed run 3 of week 6. 25 minutes seems daunting but having graduated back in October I knew I could do it.
I have been repeating the whole thing as I had to rest a hip injury for several months before I was able to run again, taking it more gently this time around.
So far so good. Happy running
