So after 2 years gap from running and starting the programme from the beginning.
One of things that has really annoyed me about the app are the different sound levels between my music playing on Spotify and the narration during the run.
If I start a Spotify and then the run on the app, the narration is really really loud. When I turn the narration down I can hardly hear the music.
Is this a problem for anybody else?
Oh, and good to be back😊

Well done for coming back to it!! That does sound really annoying. Fortunately I don’t seem to have that problem, all i would say is maybe make sure you’re wearing earphones that you can easily turn up and down while you are running, which i’m sure you are. Hope you get it sorted!!
I have a similar problem with my timer and Strava. Play with which app you start first to see what works. Other option is to try the podcast instead. The lovely Laura will guide you. The podcast music is not great though.
Mine's the other way around on my android using Amazon music. I have the music at a good volume and then every time that Michael Johnson cuts in it is like he is whispering! I haven't found a way around it I'm afraid, just toggling the volume each time.
I tried it again this morning. Started the music first and then opened the app. I expect the music to drop whilst there is talking but when that stops the music just isn’t very loud. I turn the volume up and the narration is deafening
