I had completed the C25k at the end of Feb with the a parkrun. I was doing well until lockdown but then everything changed and with it my mindset. I’ve still been running but struggling. This week I decided to repeat from W6 onwards and see how that felt. Just did W6R2 and I enjoyed it. It’s helping to have a bit of a reset and rebuild my confidence. So good luck to all you runners, some days are harder than others but we can do it.
