Last year i dis couch to 5k , got to week 9 did a park run then was plagued by illness and injury all winter. Started again in spring but family tragedy stopped me again . Ive restarted on week 2 and started week 3 today i cant believe its still so hard i get quite out of puff but Im determined to do it

I'm in a similar position, got to week 9 last year then life and terrible weather got in my way. Started again on week 2, and I just finished W3 last week. I can't believe how hard I found Week 3!! I'm starting week 4 today, and was just looking here for some inspiration. I suppose, just remember how great yuou felt and how easy it became after week 5 and 6 - but can't expect to get right back there, not with so much extra pizza inside (in my case at least!).
