Can’t believe that I actually ran for a full 5 minutes nonstop. Wow 🤩 I am so pleased with myself. I am no longer out of breath by the time I have finished the whole session. The first 🏃♀️ of the week is never pretty as it introduces a new time that you haven’t run yet, but it gets better by R3. One advice that I can give is make sure that your nutrition is on point as you need that extra calories. And run really slow for the first half of the session so that you can make it to the end still running.
