Week 3, run 1

Leytonunfitrunner profile image

Felt anxious about week three but I surprised myself as I Managed those 3 minute runs. It really helped keeping it to a slow shuffle , and listening to Jo Wiley talking about not bouncing up and down too much to preserve energy . I’m taking it one run at a time with 1 day rest in between x

Well done you! Keep going! 😀

Slow and steady wins the race..

It's best to not go fast, slow builds leg strength and endurance.

Stay safe 🌈

Well done. One run at a time and you'll keep knocking them down. Slow and steady is vital because you can work on speed in a multitude of ways as you progress. Keeping a nice steady pace allows you to increase your distance and keep achieving. A great start for you. Keep on keeping on!
