Week 1 completed! I loved my run today. Felt in control and was able to push myself at a slightly quicker pace than before. Doing this has also made me change the way I eat and I'm eating way more fruit and veg than before.
Looking forward to week 2!

Congratulations! 🥳 I too have completed week 1 today. I have found it difficult and I have been quite out of breath so hoping it may get easier. I quit smoking 5 and a half months ago and I do have weight to lose but I will persevere.
