Just checking in - run 3 of the first week done! It felt harder than my Wednesday run, but HR was better, and a better pace.

Haven’t decided yet but I might repeat week 1, mostly to improve my cardio fitness before taking it further.

Personally I only completed runs I couldn't do. You can move on, you completed week 1

I repeated week 1 and week 2 and am currently repeating week 3! Only you know if you feel ready to step up - you should be fine, as you managed week 1, but you're the only one who knows how you're feeling. Perhaps if you're just not quite sure you could just do repeat one run (rather than the whole week) to reassure yourself - but whatever you choose, well done! You've done brilliantly already.

Move on.. you completed it.. and put in some strength and stamina work on some rest days... that is essential!
