Well done. I just finished run 9. I found run 1, 4 and 7 really tiring but, for me anyway, it got easier on each repeat.
Well done Iβve just completed week 1 legs still ache but good ache as I know it will be worthwhile π
Well done. Iβve just completed week 1 and feel very pleased with myself!π₯³πͺ I found day 1 very tiring and my legs ached afterwards so I took 2 rest days and that felt better. I stretched after day 2 and I was fine.
Find the rhythm that works for you and keep going. πππ½ββοΈ
