Any other runners with Cold Urticaria/Hives?

Hi all! Not sure if anyone else has the same condition. I've just started running and I have Cold Urticaria. (If anyone has this condition - do you have any tips for managing it when running in the cold?)

Aside from that...

Just finished the first run of week 3 and I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I felt I could do! I'm definitely feeling good (and proud) as a result.
