I was listening to Jo’s encouragement as I pounded through the minutes and laughed out loud when she said ‘sometimes we skip like a gazelle’ ... I’ve never in all this time felt like I was skipping??? I have however felt very pleased with myself .... making it through this programme run by run in the only way I know how ... one run left 🐌

I've felt more like a plodding elephant than a gazelle! Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Good luck with your final run. You've got this
