Just plain old delighted that I've persevered and got this far. Others may say it's got to do with being bloody-minded, but this time I'll take it as a compliment.
I'm getting to about 3.5km, so with one eye on what to do when week 9 is over, I'd be grateful for thoughts on how to reach the heady heights of 5k. Run faster, for longer, or aim for a bit of both?
Thanks as ever. Enjoy the sunshine 🌞 🏃♀️

I think the statistic for graduating at 5k in 30 minutes is something like 10%, so don't worry about it. Concentrate on getting miles in your legs before speed, it will pay off in the long run (no pun intended 😁).
I graduated in November and my PB is still 32 minutes , but I can run 13k, which I love to be able to say because I never thought I would! (But then I am quite elderly. 👵😉)
