I Did it!!!! First non-stop 5K

Exactly a month after graduating, I finally did my first non-stop 5K. Ok it took me 38 minutes, but I don’t care-the main thing is that I finally got to the distance.

Can’t say it was easy, but as I was going round I was thinking about what I was going to write on here to celebrate! Just so chuffed! Second only to graduating on 13th March!!!

If I can do it anyone can!!!

🏃‍♀️🎉🥳🍹🤣🏃‍♀️

Congratulations on achieving your first non stop 5k, that’s brilliant and a big milestone.

Don’t worry about the time, it’s great to get it done. And now you have a 5k pb that you can aim to improve upon if you want to do so ....but all in good time.

In the meantime, celebrate 🎉 and enjoy the feeling. 👍🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💪
