I finally did it!

Weeks after graduating I have finally run my first full 5K! and in 36 minutes and 32 seconds! I am so pleased! i have had some ups and downs, and have felt after graduating that I just wouldn't be able to complete it, but I finally feel now that i have officially completed couch to 5K =D

Next challenge is reducing that time and start making my way to 10K

I found that as I made my way to 10K my 5K time naturally reduced, presumably as my leg stamina got better so you might achieve both at the same time!

Congrats on the milestone though, I can remember how pleased I was
