Great running Mandy 👍 if that pace is comfy then hey that's great, if you wanted to increase it a little and push yourself try it a little but it's not a race and you're running 5k more than those who are sofa surfing with the pack of Doritos 👍

Too slow for what?

Not to work your heart and lungs and make them more efficient.

Not to trigger all sorts of positive adaptations in your body.

Have you read the guide to post C25k running? healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it is full of tips for graduates, which I assume you are.

Yes I am I had a op in October need bone graft and Bostorm repair ankle still stiff and it hard to run some days I take time getting going
