W8R1 and 5.3 K ran. As the programme is couch to 5 K can I have my graduation medal now please πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰. Of course I am joking. That run was tough.

It will come definitely. I'm my own worst enemy. I push myself too hard sometimes. Just completed W8 so the end (or is it the beginning??) Is in sight.

For me the 'horror' was w6r1-2! The big runs with intervals. For some reason i struggled a lot at that point.

After those, i saw the end of the tunnel.

Don't work yourself too hard. There is no pressure or deadline. Did you read that study about slow running being the most beneficial and longer life-expectant?? I was surprised!
