Lovely sat morning run with my running buddies . Ran over 4 miles today , and it's my second 5 k ( I think it's X 3 X 5 k to graduate ? ) It rained and I still had a great time. I can't believe that it wAsent long ago when I struggled so much .
I was at a conference last week in Glasgow and started each morning with a run along the river every morning. A delightful way to start a day.
Glad to hear you're enjoying your running, Mollydex . To graduate, it's just 3x 30 minute runs. C25k is just a catchier name than c23x30

And as 90ldfinch says - graduation is when you've completed three 30 min runs - so perhaps you are already a graduate??

Ahi guys , I think you are right and I am a graduate on the 30 min rule ,however I will be out in the morning and I am going to run my 5 k and then count that as my graduation run . I am already planning my bacon sandwich graduation celebration .
