Done my first park run yesterday and we all managed this fun family 5 k today.... I am so proud to be able to do things like this 😀 please ignore bad hair it was so windy lol

It is not as good as you are saying lol Parkrun with the exception of the last hill was 🏃‍♀️ The fun run was a mixture of walking and jogging what impressed me was that I could do it! Grandma 👵 active enough to join in felt amazing !!
