How many times a week should I run 5k as don’t want to over do things
5 k: How many times a week should I run 5k as... - Couch to 5K
5 k

What are your plans for your running? If you’re graduated and at 5k you could run 3 a week... but you won’t want to if you have a specific running goal.
Ok thanks think are do twice a week and the rest gym

I do one a week and two shorter ones too. One fast one and one with hills! I don't think I'd be able to do more than one yet! Will gradually aim for 6k now. No rush!.👟👟

Shake it up... a short, maybe a 3K.. a 5K..then a, see where you get to, longer run... That is my usual pattern.. always a short and sweet one and then the 5K.. then the Sunday Runday for me is a longer one..usually out for at least an hour of running.. At the moment though building back up from the IC.. so on Ju-ju's 10K plan again
I want to try the 5k to 10K but not yet want to work on my 5 k times as very slow at the moment 52 minutes
It depends on your next goal but you need to mix it up ... with a word of caution about doing too much too soon ... your body is still adjusting to your new running regime and building up
Maybe consolidate for a week or 2 whilst you decide what next ...
Can't beat what Oldfloss says really.. she know's her onions 😁
