Well I managed to keep running for the full 3 minutes and complete the run 😊 . However distance ran was less than last week - is this normal - running for longer but not getting as far!! . Never the less I enjoyed it and hopefully will get further next Time 🏃‍♀️

Well done.

The distance you cover or the speed you run at is irrelevant as it is a duration based plan.

You ran slower and enjoyed it, is the key.

Fast is hard, slow is fun and counterintuitively, builds your stamina.

And of course W3 (in terms of time) is by far the shortest of all the weeks. So you will also run the shortest distance in W3.

Please forget about pace & distance until you can comfortably run for 30 minutes.
