So after many delaying tactics and a multitude of excuses I finally made it out the house for my first attempt at W1R1.

First of all I'm feeling really proud of myself for at least trying but have to be honest and admit to it being a total disaster. I only managed about 3 x 30 seconds of running but did stay out walking for the full 30 minutes so better than nothing.

Planning to try again on Tuesday but will definitely be heading out earlier as there were way too many people about this morning and it made me feel really self conscious. I also need to find some different jogging bottoms as the leggings I wore today pretty much wiggled themselves off once I started my first running section 😳 thank goodness I was wearing a long top or a few people would have had a quite a shock!!

Keep going and well done for getting out there πŸ‘ appropriate clothing is always best though πŸ™ˆ.

As you get into the running it'll get you running further, just take it one run at a time
