Can someone help. I’ve changed my headphones to Bluetooth and get the following message. I did as asked but the person talking to me is not understandable. Anyone know what to do? Thanks in advance

Hey, I had the same thing. You basically need to go into the settings on the app and download the audio whilst on WiFi and then it should work fine!

I tried that and had to restart the app to say one and it still doesn’t work 😕
