Anybody got any tips on how to keep earphones in your ears while running?? I have to wear a woolly hat to help keep them in(not good in this weather).

I bought anker sound bud tag. Bluetooth ones and have had no issues with them falling out , was a bit dubious when I bought them but £20 for them and I use them for most things now.

I had mine in this morning , just in one ear and the other bud was tucked in shirt. Magnetic back so when you put them together they go into sleep mode also you don't loose them. I tried with normal plug in of various types but they were never secure enough for my needs

I have blue tooth but failing that a head/ sweatband will keep them in👍🏼

Before I had my Bluetooth set I always put the wire from my earphones at the back of my kneck. I am convinced that worn with the wire hanging beneath your neck means the weight of the wire bobbing up and down pulls out the ear bud.

Same here. And I looped the wire through my bra strap too, although I'm presuming that sofa dwelling bears don't wear bras so that's probably not an option :)

lol, it has been known but that's another story!!!

I saw something on YouTube just the other day about this. A guy had come up with the novel plan of putting the earphones in upside down so the wires go upwards, then he ran the wires behind his lugs like where the arms of glasses go.

I have the Zaggs iFrogz Audio Summit Bluetooth headphones. They were £23 and recommended by a running magazine. So far, they've been ace - although if the running is still going well at Christmas, I'm going to ask for a posh Bose pair (or maybe a Garmin watch...)

I wear cheap earphones held in by a head band (folded buff).

I use over your head, proper bid ear phones. They are Bluetooth so no wires. . (Rather then in your ear Ones ) They don't budge. Works for me 😎

I use Bluetooth in ear ones with those sporty clips that go over your ears.

A bit of medical tape, like plaster tape, should hold them in place and reduce outside noise as well. I use it when I wear ear plugs in my sleep.

Not many earphones fit my ears. Most fall out and I think it's because they're too big. I just use cheap ones, but with the smallest silicone in-ear bits that I can find.

I hv sum Beats ones but not the big ones that sit over yr head, these sit in yr ears and cme with different shaped rubbers for different shaped ears. I use the ones that are like screws n go rite in yr ear n don't budge. I only wear 1 tho so can hear ppl cmg behind me etc.

Try the earbud type with the rubbery covers they seem to stay put most of the time

I use these... they have extra loops that fit inside your ear.. I've tried loads of different types in the past and although these were a bit expensive they have been perfect. I'm sure that similar can be found with a similar design.
