Hello all, I know speed isn't as big a deal as doing the run but if I did want to improve my speed, what is the best way to do that?

Don't worry about speed when you're doing C25K, once you graduate and run several 30 minute consolidation runs you can THEN go onto the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, they are pace, stamina and speed, for the moment just do all the runs and weeks of C25K at your own comfortable pace.

and explains the recommended pace. This is about endurance. Speed comes much later.
