Hi Guys, 60 year old, always done some form of fitness, trying to get running in to aid my crossfit engine etc. However I only seem to manage no more than about 3 C2 5K runs and my calf goes again. Any advice stroke calf rehab/maintenance plans gratefully accepted as I'm considering retiring from any running as it appears bad for my head space.
