Just done my 3rd run. Beautiful morning for it. Calves and shins not quite as achy as last run.

Will keep thinking of my form to try and stop my feet pounding floor.

Well done!!

Here's a great quick workout to help strengthen your calves, shins, Achilles tendons, and feet. Do 10 with straight leg, 10 with bent knee, each leg, a couple of times a day:
