Decided to go out early this morning and go a different route through a wood and across fields. I was well in listening to my music and thought i heard hammering so took my headphones out and actually heard real life. the woodpecker (the hammering) and all the birds were in full song and with no cars to be heard it was one of the nicest sounds i have heard. squirrels running about and not a soul about. lovely. Oh and I went 5.79k!

I hear the same sound when I scratch my head 😂
The birds are so uplifting with their morning chorus ☺
Sounds perfect 👍

That’s true. With no traffic and planes In the sky. Nature is vibrant and active. It’s you so happy to be outside if you can, before people are around.
That sounds wonderful, heavenly even! I am loving the peace and quiet at the moment, and being able to cross roads easily without worrying. Some positives from the current situation 😄

How lovely! I've recently stopped listening to music while I run because the sounds are so lovely, especially as there is so much less traffic.
