Great job... don’t be nervous... brisk walking between the runs isn’t rest... so if you look at the time of the workout from start to finish in week one and week two you will see there’s no real difference! The jump from 0 to week 1 is by far the hardest and biggest step up in duration you’ll ever do... be proud and confident... go enjoy week 2.
