I did it!!! In the heat and it wasn’t easy! But I managed it all the same, the thing is I’m so concerned about the next run.... can I really run 25 minutes without stopping? 😱 I’m doubtful that I can and I’ll be so gutted if I don’t! If today was a struggle how can Fridays be good?

You can do it! Try not to think about it and it will happen. These last weeks do stretch you, you, but you have already built strength and resilience so you can do it.

It will be fine. Expect to do it and you can. Stay at a steady pace and you'll get there. Think of how far you've come already!

Don’t worry you can definitely do it I felt the same take it slow put on some good music & just run good luck but you really don’t need it 😁

Thank you ❤️ I just felt like I wanted to stop on WK5 R3 and again at yesterday’s run. Im just a bit confused about how I’ll be able to do it physically if I feel like a wanted to stop these Previous times? Maybe I’m just being hard on myself I dont know? My legs always seem to be fine but my breath... I get so breathless and that’s what makes me want to stop during my runs! Xx
