In the bag. Solid blocks of running from now on, and my phone behaved itself with recording stuff this time (mostly, the pace info looks a bit weird compared to the cadence)

25 minutes in run 3 is a challenge I'm looking forward to 😀

Just take it slow and steady, aim to complete the run, control your breathing and you'll be fine, after all:

If you can run for 20 minutes, you can run for 25,

If you can run for 25 minutes, you can run for 28,

If you can run for 28 minutes, you can run for 30.

Yeah. Ghostracer, using it instead of Strava for convenience reasons (I can start/stop the recording from my smartwatch which doesn't work properly for me with Strava anymore).

I'm using a wahoo tickr chest strap to get the heart rate data to my phone.
