I feel that the challenge of week 5, achieving the impossible, I felt anything else would be easy and then week 6 came along! Fitness is building all the time but the next run is always a challenge which is a good lesson for the future. I thought once I graduated, it would be easy but there are still some difficult runs, some challenging weeks. The determination and mental determination you learn on the programme will keep working for you into the future

Could be, but remember hills will be good for stamina, maybe difficult but can you not devise routes that are flat, as it's making it so hard on you doing C25K, and only take it slow n steady, there could be other factors through over training, and pushing too hard or dehydration, make sure you're drinking plenty of water all the time..taking medications can be another one, but may not apply so much to c25kers. 😊

Hi ,No it has to be this route as it's on my way to work at the hospital in rotherham and there's no flat way to it I'm sorry to say . I'm Def not dehydrated as I've never drunk as much water since I started this lark . I think I'm just tired its nearing the end of my Rota. Looking forward to 25mins solid running though

Week 6 is a tricky little b*****. W6R1 was the hardest run of the program for me, yet on paper it looks like it should be relatively easy. Don't worry too much about it. If you've completed W6R2 then you're ready for W6R3. Treat it with respect, take it slow and steady and enjoy. ☺

Week six is the hardest! Good luck 🙂🏃‍♀️✔️👍

W6 mmm it's a real funny one, run 1 was my nemesis. But I think it's going back to intervals that does it. Either way you're still with it, which is great. Go and get run 3 done and dusted
