Hi, don’t think about it too much, just put the shoes on, switch the app on and walk out the door, the magic will happen. BE SLOW! 😁 and yoh will be fine! Let us know when done!!
All done. Did the dynamic exercises first, got all the creaking and cracking out the way. Invited myself to have a good experience on my first run...got to 6th time and it told me I had 2 more to go...verbally swore out loud...got through it and did stretches after to cool down. My breathing needs work but all in all a success. Ready for session 2 on Monday. Roar! 😁🤣

Hi Daisy and congrats for making a great decision. I'm in the final week of the programme but for me it just the beginning of another phase in my running! I can't believe how far I've come and you will be the same if you stick to the programme!
Read previous posts, read ALL the information on the pinned posts and those highlighted by admin. Follow the advice as it is really important. And keep on posting your runs here - it is incredibly motivating to have folk cheering you on, celebrating your successes and helping you over any bumps in the road.
Finally, best piece of advice i was given - go SLOW!

Motivational music to drag you through to the end. Enjoy the warm up and cool down walks. Rest days mean rest days. The plan is so good that what seems impossible now will seem like it has always happened at the end of the 9th week. Stay safe
