Made it to the end but must eat my tea earlier next time! 😂 Felt a bit 🤢
Trouble is I have to run in the dark at the moment as feel a bit self conscious... 🤪

Well done.
If you try running in the daylight you will soon realise that nobody is going to pay you any attention.
I run first thing in the morning and see very few people...........I don't think any of them see me and I don't care if they do........I run for me, not for them.
Great job. I’m with IannodaTruffe... at least 90% of people won’t notice you... of the remaining 10, 9 will be impressed that you’re running and 1 will be inspired to change their life. Idiots are few and far between.
I agree with the others - that feeling you are being looked at is just that, a feeling. Most people are not bothered, and couldn’t do what you are doing, so may be looking on in admiration! But it will come, in time. Well done.
Well done with your run! I agree with eating food AFTER the run, all that sloshing in the tummy makes for an uncomfy session!
Like the others have said, try running in the daytime, more things to see and distract you as the runs get longer: birdies, spring blossoms, blue skies...
and don't feel self conscious, no-one really notices runners, even during social-distancing I find myself having to run out on to the road as pedestrians don't seem to see me nor move to the side!
