I did a 0-5k course 6 years ago in a group, running outside and sadly didn’t keep up the running! Anyway, I’ve challenged myself to redo it although 6 years older and fitness not what it used to be! I’m using this wonderful app and running solo - about to run W5R3 - 20 minutes!!!! I’m not too sure about running for 20 minutes, but will give it a go. I can’t believe I’ve made it so far and I have to say planning to run, early in the morning and just getting up and doing it has been helping me a great deal during this very worrying time.
