So happy with sub 40

Since graduating in December - I have kept up my trotting and the dream has been for a sub 40 minute 5K. Today was the day! We should have been on our way to Sri Lanka for a holiday but boy was I flying down the East Yorkshire countryside. Absolutely buzzing - as this was not a possibility a few months ago but the hard work pays off. Shout out to all the forum runners who keep us motivated with running chat. Trot on all.

Congratulations on completing your first 5k in under 40 minutes, that is the time I was aiming to achieve when I started running 5Ks after I graduated, all my 5Ks have been sub 40 minutes, you should now aim to get a sub 35 minute 5K 🏃🏾
