I really wanted to do something positive during these challenging times and I am so happy that I have finally completed the programme. Took me a bit longer than expected as I had to rest for three weeks because of an ankle injury. To all those who have gone before me - Wow isn't this just the best! and to those to come I hope you will be as inspired as I have been reading the comments and words of support and wisdom from others. This is your journey - you don't have to compete with anyone else - go at your own pace and do this for you!

Thank you BowlingT. I celebrated by having lovely scrambled eggs and griddled bread for breakfast. Wednesday is normally my fast day but I thought it was too special not to treat myself.
Did my week 1 run no.2 today and it was fab! Am doing this on a brand new treadmill, tv there if I want it and a lovely view so it is my new happy place. (really bad electric/static shocks off treadmill though so they need to replace it 🙄 so may need to do some running outside it there’s a delay), also got new sports bra today as my old one was rubbish, hopefully my black eyes will soon fade 😆. Onwards and upwards 👍🏻
