When out and run a brilliant sub 30 min 5k absolutely Over the moon to achieve below 9 min miles. It’s been coming but it was just when. I knew it was good when average was under 9. Good luck to everyone running out there believe it will happen.

Of course... but I find sometimes it’s easier to shave a half minute off than the few seconds you need for a milestone!

Managed to remove 40 seconds off so well pleased

Thanks have achieved numerous under 30mins but this was the fastest having now undertaken 32 consolidation runs mostly 5k or thereabouts in a time of around 30 mins

Brilliant and well done. I was away all week with work and the schedule was very busy so I didn’t get any time to go for a run even though I had running gear with me. First time since January that I have not run for a week. Looking forward to going for a run this evening and getting back on the healthy train.
