Yay my first run after completing week 9 I put Michael back on I’m not ready to leave him yet lol I had a really good run & when Michael said you can stop now & walk for 5 mins I carried on running so I managed to run just just over 5k by the end of next week I’m aiming to run 6k I really need a GPS watch now any recommendations 😁😁😁😁

Well done Summerlov! Consolidation runs are a bit strange aren’t they - you know you can do it but still need the comfort blanket of a mentor! I did all mine with Laura but by the end I really felt confident enough to go it alone and I’m sure you will too! Happy running!
