Back at Last!

After disappointingly having to give up due to a knee problem at week 7 last April, I finally took the plunge on this beautiful morning and began again at week 1. It was great to hear Jo’s friendly, encouraging voice and also to be out in the sunshine with the wind whistling through my ears. I am so happy to be back and sincerely hope everyone out there who can is able to get out and enjoy this beautiful land of ours in these strange times. Keep healthy everyone - it feels so good to be back! I’ve had my park run number (unused) for a year and will hopefully be ready to join my local one when they start up again.🤪

It sure is - his name is Ash and he has a twin sister called Cookie - they allowed us to adopt them when they were kittens about 12 years ago. I take it you are also a cat person 🤪
