At Last!

After graduating and then two weeks after that fracturing a vertebrae in my back and spending the last 9 months on the IC I’ve started the C25K again 🤩. I’m on week 2 and have just completed run 2 it’s fantastic to be back running again all thanks to my superb physiotherapist. I’m taking it very easy as at 62 and now being diagnosed with osteoporosis I have to. Just being out there early in the morning is such a buzz. I’ve really missed it 😁😁😁 here’s hoping I can complete the programme again 😁😁😁.

How inspiring, to come back from that injury and illness and re commit to C25k - well done you! Nice and slow and you’ll be fine! Good luck x

Thanks DiscoRunner. I couldn’t wait to get back but I had to be sensible and do as my Physio told me.

Good luck, G1. Truly inspirational that you bounced back and are starting again. Sounds like you’re a determined woman and that you’ll soon graduate for the second time 👍💪🏻
