First run completed this morning along with my 17yr old son for morale support. Not going to lie, I didn’t find it easy, but felt a great sense of achievement at the end. Looking forward to run two on Saturday!!!

If any run is tough, just slow down........run at your pace, not someone else's

Enjoy your journey.

Welcome, great decision! If you're finding it tough, slow down. Don't be tempted to keep up with your son. 😉

I graduated today. If I can do it, absolutely any man, woman, child, or dog can do it. Though the man with the baby and dog did pass me, walking 🤣.
